When I saw the title, I thought wtf? Can't stand Ramsey, but your ideas here certainly raise my respect for him and for you Roland. This takes my thinking as business owner in directions it hasn't gone before. Looking forward to the next ep.
Thanks, Pete. Gordon Ramsay certainly is a polarizing personality. But my eyes are glued to the screen when Kitchen Nightmares comes on. Especially when he butts heads with stubborn owners and their staff.
