I am dealing with a global up market organisation based in the USA who are currently asking me to make a payment for something by using my credit card. That&#039;s fine except they want me to put the details on a word document which gives the recipient authority to debit the account.

That word document passes through many &quot;hands&quot; before it even gets to their inbox and who knows who handles it then. I asked them, &quot;Don&#039;t you have an online method of payment or an alternative?&quot; &quot;No&quot; is their curt response.

I&#039;m like ... &quot;No&quot; is my response as in &quot;No more business from me.&quot; :)</description>
